Material and process: 304 stainless steel, with sheet thickness ranging from 0.6 to 1.2 mm. Fabrication is completed through precise bending and welding.

 

Customization Options: Available in three sizes: 80×80mm, 100×100mm, and 120×120mm. The diameter of the round holes for the cover protrusions can be customized. The split square box structure features an embedded handle position on the top cover, making disassembly and assembly convenient.

Case 2: U-shaped protective cover for motor shaft

Material and process: 304 stainless steel, processed through laser cutting for material removal, CNC bending for shaping, and surface polishing.

Customizable features: The shape diameter, disc body depth, and central circular hole size can be adjusted as needed. The central circular hole has a snap-fit point (the number and spacing can be adjusted), and the positioning ridges on the outer ring side wall can be modified.
