Nanpi Xinjiuxinji Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 and is based in Nanpi, Hebei, China. Our production base there has been manufacturing metal parts since 1999. The factory employs 120+ people, including 19 engineers. It covers about 9,000 square meters and operates 40 stamping presses from 80 to 400 tons. The factory is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Since 1999, we have customized more than 70,000 types of metal parts. We operate our own manufacturing facility and complete orders in-house with our engineering, production and quality teams. Production is not outsourced to third-party factories. Orders placed with the two associated export entities are produced at this same manufacturing base.

Our manufacturing base. Metal parts have been produced at our Nanpi site since 1999. The base stands in Liubali Township, Nanpi County, Hebei, China, and covers more than 9,000 m² of factory-level area, with more than 120 people on site. Our 76 units of equipment include 40 stamping presses from 80 to 400 tonnes, two 6 kW laser cutting machines, three press brakes, two 5-axis and three vertical machining centres, drilling machines, welding lines and surface treatment lines. Monthly capacity is more than 500,000 pieces, with a typical sample lead time of 72 hours. Stamping and deep drawing, plus laser cutting, bending and welding, are completed in-house.
