This page is a walkthrough of our Nanpi County plant, and the video below follows one production floor rather than a chain of outside suppliers. It shows the stages a part actually travels through here: stamping and deep drawing, laser cutting, bending, welding, drilling, grinding, spinning and CNC die casting.

Because that whole process list sits on one site, a drawing that needs several operations combined does not wait on a subcontractor, and the route stays the same from first sample through to volume production. Fabrication is held to a 0.01mm precision guarantee, with more than 100 metal materials available and dimensional inspection recorded before dispatch.
