Case One: Portable insulated cabinet in the hotel kitchen
The customer requires that the cabinet door be lightweight, have a high load-bearing capacity (≥120kg), and provide insulation for more than 8 hours.
It should also maintain stability and good sealing of the cabinet door during more than 50 high-frequency openings and closures, as well as frequent daily movements.
The plan we proposed:
- The main frame is made of 6061 aluminum alloy profiles (with a self-weight of only 23kg)
- The load-bearing connection points are reinforced with 304 stainless steel to ensure a load-bearing capacity of up to 150kg
- The cabinet door is made of “304 stainless steel panel +50mm thick polyurethane insulation layer + back panel”
- Install sealing silicone strips on the inner side of the clamp to reduce heat loss
- All components are produced by molds and assembled with special tooling fixtures
- It is equipped with heavy-duty casters and stainless steel spring pin locks. When moving, the cabinet door can be locked to prevent shaking
The final delivered insulated cabinet fully met the standards. It was flexible for kitchen use, insulated, and durable, earning high customer recognition and establishing a long-term bulk supply relationship.
Case Two: Small Precision Storage Box (with Lid)
The customer requires a metal storage box measuring 15 x 11 x 7 cm. The box body and the lid should fit tightly, with a smooth opening and closing feel. The surface treatment should have certain anti-drop and wear-resistant properties.
The plan we proposed:
- It is necessary to select high-quality SPCC cold-rolled steel plates
- Tolerance is controlled to ±0.1mm through high-precision laser cutting and CNC bending forming
- The flanging structure of the box lid and the slot design of the box body have been optimized to achieve a slight adhesion sensation and smooth opening when closing
- It uses electrolytic polishing, resulting in a uniform metallic luster, smoothness, and a mirror-like surface texture
- It meets the requirements of corrosion resistance and easy cleaning in daily use
The finished storage boxes feature precise dimensions, smooth opening and closing, and excellent texture, fully meeting the packaging requirements for precision accessories. They have been used in bulk across customers’ high-end product lines.
Case Three: Special alcohol block Tray for Outdoor Portable stoves
A specific outdoor brand needs to customize alcohol block trays for camping stoves.
The requirements include: precisely matching the size of the combustion chamber; The material can withstand temperatures above 500℃ and weighs no more than 80g, featuring outdoor corrosion resistance.
The structure helps optimize combustion efficiency, and it can stably deliver more than 50,000 pieces per month.
The plan we proposed:
- It is recommended to choose food-grade 304 stainless steel with a temperature resistance exceeding 800℃
- Precisely calculate the sheet thickness to achieve a lightweight design
- It adopts a composite process combining precision stamping and deep drawing
- The overall dimensional tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.1mm
- The electrolytic polishing process is adopted, which significantly reduces the adhesion of alcohol combustion residues
- The surface passivation film has been strengthened, significantly enhancing the corrosion resistance in outdoor environments
The delivered pallets met the standards, achieving a stable 2,000 pieces per day with a yield rate exceeding 99.5%. We received 12,000 follow-up orders from customers and orders for matching stove frames, becoming a reliable link in their supply chain.
Case Four: Industrial Switching Power Supply Housing
The customer customizes an industrial switching power supply housing measuring 17*8*4cm, with heat dissipation, electromagnetic shielding, and the ability to withstand industrial environments with significant vibration.
The plan we proposed:
- Galvanized steel sheets (SECC) should be selected to balance strength and cost
- High-precision hole opening and forming are accomplished through CNC punching machines and laser cutting
- Design dense louvered heat-dissipation holes on the sides and bottom of the shell
- The interior is precisely welded to add reinforcing ribs and installation columns
- It adopts precise bending and automated welding processes to reduce electromagnetic leakage
The customer has tested the casing’s shielding performance, with good heat dissipation and stable performance in the vibration test.
