Background
A high-speed water jet loom manufacturer faced persistent quality issues: traditional baffle bases deformed under high-speed rotation, leading to yarn breakage and unstable weaving.
Separate outsourced processing also led to poor assembly accuracy, inconsistent batches, and long lead times, necessitating the integration of custom parts with deep-drawn bases and precision CNC machining.
Our Solution
- The base of the baffle is manufactured by deep drawing process.
- The base and the stainless steel spindle are precisely processed by CNC.
- The surface is treated for anti-corrosion, and standardized assembly, dynamic balance correction and air tightness test are completed.
