✅Laser cutting: Utilizing 2 sets of 6-kilowatt laser cutting equipment to achieve high-precision cutting.

✅Bending: Equipped with 3 bending machines and 4 sets of hydraulic presses to ensure accurate bending angles.

✅Welding: Having 1 automatic spot welding machine and 3 welding production lines to meet different connection strength requirements.

✅Pressing/Deep pressing: Equipped with 38 sets of 80-400 ton press machines, supporting deep stretching forming of complex shapes.

Metal Casting

In addition to sheet metal processing, we also offer metal casting services. We are equipped with a set of forging equipment and can produce complex structural castings. Combined with CNC machining for post-processing refinement, it meets the requirements of precise assembly.

Our metal customization services cover the entire process from casting to finished products. We have provided services to over 100 countries and 3,000+ enterprises worldwide, and have customized parts of over 70,000 types.

CNC Machining

We have 2 five-axis CNC machining centers and 3 vertical machining centers, supported by 2 coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) for inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Surface Treatment

We have two surface treatment production lines that offer post-processing services, including spraying, electroplating, and laser marking (with 4 sets of equipment).

From material selection to final appearance, 19 engineers provide free project design optimization services to ensure the products’ corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.

Project Case
