Our Sheet Metal Fabrication Parts Stand Up to ” Magnifying Glass” Check
When the Sheet metal Fabrication parts you purchased have minor gaps, surface scratches, or welding pores during assembly. This leads to rework of the entire batch of products, delivery delays, and even customer claims.
Has this “almost-perfect” frustrating situation been eroding your profits and reputation?
What you need is not “approximate” sheet-metal parts, but an absolutely reliable partner in which every detail can withstand repeated scrutiny under a magnifying glass.
We only focus on one question: Why do our parts “stand up to magnification”? The answer lies in three dimensions – production capacity, equipment, and quality inspection.
Production Capacity
Scale stability, rejecting “speeding up production at the expense of quality.”
Many suppliers’ quality will decline like a roller coaster when there is a sudden surge in orders. But us:
- Since its establishment in 1999, it has been managing the 90,000-square-meter workshop with the **ISO 9001:2015** system.
- The monthly output exceeds 500,000 pieces – this is not just a cold number; it is our commitment to “batch consistency”.
- 19 engineers with over 20 years of experience will optimize your drawings for free before mass production.
(As shown in the picture: The stove body we produced for outdoor equipment customers – any batch selected from 50,000 pieces is completely consistent)
- design-optimization
- quality-inspection
- batch-parts
- The experienced business team continuously monitored progress throughout the process (clarifying pre-sale requirements, maintaining transparency during the sales process, and resolving any post-sale issues).
Equipment
High-precision hardware, eliminating defects at the source
The exposed burrs, size deviations, and uneven weld marks under the magnifying glass all indicate insufficient equipment capabilities. We have equipped a complete chain of precision equipment matrix:

It is precisely these devices that enable us to confidently state: Every Sheet metal Fabrication parts manufactured is capable of withstanding close examination under a magnifying glass.
Quality Inspection
From raw materials to shipment, strict checks are carried out at every stage.
Even the best equipment cannot function without a strict inspection system. We have established three levels of quality inspection barriers:

1.Incoming material control:
A spectroscopy analyzer verifies the chemical composition of materials. Hardness tester and roughness tester measure the initial state of the plates – any non-compliant raw materials are strictly prohibited from entering the factory.
2.Process Control:
Quality inspectors will conduct regular spot checks on each process.
- For the bending and stamping Fabrication stages, a roughness tester is used to measure the surface smoothness.
- For the mechanical processing stages, image measurement instruments and measuring tools are used to verify the key dimensions.
3.Final product inspection
- For the first-piece inspection, a coordinate measuring machine is used to conduct a full scan of the critical dimensions.
- The vernier caliper and micrometer are used to confirm the regular dimensions.
- A roughness tester measures the surface smoothness.
- For components with anti-corrosion requirements, the salt spray test chamber is used to verify the reliability of the surface treatment process.
We Meet Your Full Process Requirements
In addition to stamping Fabrication, we also offer metal casting and one-stop CNC services. From the drawing to the finished product, you don’t need to deal with multiple suppliers – our engineering team will actively provide the best solution and offer free samples.
Currently, our services have been used in over 100 countries and 3,000 enterprises worldwide, with over 70,000 types parts customization experiences, which is sufficient to handle any demanding application scenarios you may encounter.
When others deliver with the phrase “meets visual standards”, we insist on having a conversation with a magnifying glass. Since 1999, we have been responsible for all sheet metal fabrication work. Contact our business team immediately to get free design optimization + free samples!
