How to Achieve Fast Delivery of Metal Fabrication?

How can fast delivery be achieved in metal fabrication? The only solution is to implement the entire manufacturing process.By integrating all the critical fabrication steps – laser cutting, stamping, welding, and surface treatment – into the same factory, it is possible to eliminate the transportation time and quality disputes caused by outsourcing.

Why?

❌Relying on collaborative mode

Multiple re-handlings, multiple handovers, multiple inspections. Even a single deviation would halt the entire process, leading to delivery delays and making it difficult to determine responsibility.

✅Our complete manufacturing process

All Fabrication steps are done continuously in-house — no external scheduling, no transport loss. Quality checks at every step catch and fix errors immediately, so responsibility stays clear.

9000+㎡ Of Full-Process Fabrication Capabilities

Our factory does not simply stack a few machines together. Instead, it follows the complete product manufacturing process. From material cutting to finished products, a complete set of equipment is configured. Each piece of equipment corresponds to a specific fabrication stage, and no critical process requires outsourcing.

Cutting and shaping process

Laser cutting is our first step. We have 2 sets of 6 kW laser cutters delivering high accuracy and a small heat-affected zone, providing clean blanks for subsequent Stamping and bending.

With 38 stamping machines and 4 hydraulic presses on site, we handle everything from deep drawing to Stamping forming internally. Our own bending equipment, combined with Stamping and cutting, produces complex sheet metal shapes.

Pipe processing and drilling

We have 3 sets of pipe-bending machines capable of bending pipes of various diameters and wall thicknesses. In addition, we have 12 sets of drilling machines, used for precise hole processing. Whether it’s tapping or reaming, the operations can be completed inside.

Welding and connection

We insist on completing the welding internally because if the external welding process results in false welding or missed welding, the entire batch of parts will need to be reworked, causing significant time loss.

We have equipped 1 automatic spot-welding machine and 3 electric-welding production lines, which can meet various demands, including spot welding and arc welding for structural components.

Precision processing: CNC

In addition to sheet material fabrication, we also possess a complete set of precision fabrication capabilities. We have two five-axis machining centers and three vertical machining centers.

These can perform precise milling and drilling of complex curved surfaces, deep cavities, and angled holes.

**In addition, we also have the capability for casting processes and a complete set of forging equipment.

Surface treatment and post-processing

We have two complete surface treatment production lines capable of performing common processes, including spraying, oxidation, electroplating, and passivation. Additionally, there are four laser marking machines for serial number or logo marking.

Quality Inspection

After each Fabrication step, there is a corresponding inspection process. We have set up an independent quality control area, equipped with the following equipment:

  • A complete set of basic measuring tools
  • Two sets of coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
  • Spectroscopy analyzer
  • Surface roughness tester
  • Hardness tester

In our Metal Fabrication Factory, quality is not just a slogan for random inspections, but rather the discipline at every workstation.👉Would you like to know every step from receiving materials to final shipment? How Collaborative Manufacturing Shortens Delivery Time

The real acceleration comes from the collaborative scheduling across different processes. We employ a unified production management system that makes the progress of all processes visible in real time.

This is specifically reflected in the following points:

  • Synchronous engineering – no waiting: Laser cutting goes directly to stamping or bending; welding goes directly to surface treatment. No external packaging, logistics, or rescheduling.
  • Unified planning & rapid response: All processes under one planning department. Real‑time deviation updates and on‑site coordination – no multi‑layer handoffs.
  • Quick changeover & parallel production: 38 stamping machines run multiple molds; CNC/laser equipment accepts rush orders

Through these collaborative measures, we have achieved truly fast delivery of metal fabrication.
