Sheet metal fabrication

  • Laser Cutting: 2 sets of 6-kilowatt laser cutting equipment.
  • Stamping / Deep Stamping: A total of 38 sets of 80-400t presses.
  • Bending and Tube Bending: Matching bending machines and 3 sets of tube bending machines.
  • Welding and Connection: 3 welding production lines + 1 automatic spot welding machine.
  • Surface Treatment: 2 surface treatment lines (spray painting/oxidation/stabilization, etc.).
  • Auxiliary Equipment: 12 sets of drilling machines, 4 groups of hydraulic presses for hole processing and shaping;4 sets of laser marking machines for product traceability and QR code marking.

Metal casting

We have one set of casting equipment that produces precision castings and provides high-quality blanks for subsequent CNC processing. We can also coordinate with mature casting outsourcing partners, and our own casting line can cover most hot-forming requirements.

CNC machining

Two five-axis CNC machining centers + three vertical machining centers, capable of handling complex curved surfaces, multi-angle features, and high tolerance requirements.

Full-process quality verification

Implement random-sampling inspection services, equip a dedicated quality inspection department, and provide a complete set of quality inspection equipment.
