Sheet Metal Fabrication: Cutting → Finished product

Laser cutting – 6 kilowatts of power

6-kW laser cutting machines* 2 are working side by side. Thick plates, thin plates, and irregular contours are all formed in one go under the dazzling laser light.

This is the first step of metal fabrication: fast, accurate, and material-saving.

Stamping / Deep Stamping – The Power of 44 Machines

40 sets of 80-400t stamping machines for blanking, punching, shallow stretching & forming, plus 4 hydraulic presses for Deep Stamping (cups, shells, complex parts).

All 44 machines work in one workshop, delivering tens of thousands of cycles/day for rapid large‑scale orders.

Bending, bending, and welding – three-dimensional shaping

We use a bending machine in conjunction with three sets of pipe-bending machines to allow both sheet material and pipe to undergo precise deformation.

Then comes the welding stage: one automatic spot welding machine and three electric welding production lines. It can offer a variety of welding processes, including argon arc, resistance, and laser welding.

Auxiliary processes – marking, drilling, and shaping

In the later stages of sheet metal fabrication, detailed supplements are often required: 4 laser marking machines are used to engrave traceability codes or assembly labels; 12 drilling machines are used to drill numerous holes. All this equipment is within our 9000+㎡ area.

Casting: Batch Blank Production Capacity

Not all parts are suitable to start with sheet materials. For structural components that require high impact resistance, we choose casting.

The factory has complete casting equipment and can produce carbon- and alloy-steel blanks. The cast blanks will be sent directly to the CNC area for fine processing, without being sent out.

 

 

The Precise World of CNC Machining

 

 

When sheet metal parts or casting blanks enter the CNC workshop, the actual-size precision processing begins. We have configured:

  • Multi-axis CNC machining center * 2: Completes multi-face processing with one setup.
  • Three vertical machining centers*3: efficient for processing parts such as boxes, brackets, and flanges.

The tolerance can reach ±0.01mm. This cross-process integration capability is the confidence we have as a genuine Metal Fabrication Factory to undertake complete package orders ranging from casting to finishing processing.

 

 

💡All surface treatments are completed in the factory: After cleaning, the metal sheets and CNC machining components proceed directly to the final process, avoiding delays from outsourcing or damage during transportation.

After each Fabrication step, there is a corresponding inspection process. We have set up an independent quality control area, equipped with the following equipment:

  • A complete set of basic measuring tools
  • Two sets of coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
  • Spectroscopy analyzer
  • Surface roughness tester
  • Hardness tester
